Suzannah Y. Crump, DPT, CLT, Cert.DN, Pilates Instructor
Suzannah is originally from Eunice, LA however she spent nearly 8 years growing up in Shreveport as a young girl and returned to the area in early 2006. She graduated from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she obtained her Bachelors of Science and also a Pilates certification through the Physical Mind Institute. She attended Physical Therapy school in Shreveport at the LSU-Health Sciences Center, there she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She stayed on at LSUHSC to undergo a 13 month post-doctoral residency in Wound Management, through this residency she was certified in both Wound Care and Lymphedema Management.
Suzannah started her professional career at LSU-Medical Center, while on staff she started a Lymphedema and Breast Cancer Treatment Program and also served as adjunct faculty to the LSUHSC Physical Therapy Program. She was certified in Dry Needling through the Spinal Manipulation Institute in 2013 and continues to further her education in upcoming and innovative physical therapy treatments.
Elizabeth H. Wagner, DPT, FMT, Pilates Instructor
Liz is originally from Dallas, TX and moved to Shreveport in 2012. Prior to becoming a Louisiana resident. Liz attended Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in Motor Behavior. Liz then attended graduate school at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas Texas where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After graduation, Liz has continued to advance her knowledge and treatment skills through continuing education focusing on the newest, most effective interventions for orthopedic injuries. Liz has her certification in Fascial Movement Taping, trained in Active Release Technique (ART), Certified Graston provider, SFMA, and has been trained in dry needling technique through the Spinal Manipulation Institute and Kinetacore.
As a former avid volleyball player, Liz has a passion for fitness, wellness, and health promotion. She enjoys running, spinning, swimming, cross-training, weight lifting, and Pilates. She has her Crossfit Level 1 Certification and has completed a Pilates Certification with Team Pilates through Balanced Body. Liz truly enjoys helping her clients live a balanced, healthy, and full life through many different types of fitness activities.
Leah Golden, Pilates Instructor
Leah is originally from Wisconsin, but moved to Shreveport in 2007 while obtaining a degree in graphic design. Throughout her life she was always a fitness advocate which led to pursuing a career in Pilates with Team Pilates through Balanced Body in 2014. At that time she was also certified in Total Barre, and uses it for toning and strengthening with all of her clients. She has love for fashion and owns Golden Threaded, a company that sells unique up-cycles clothing for the fashion-forward individual.
Katy Huggs, Pilates Instructor, Patient Coordinator
Katy is a Shreveport native and graduate from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. She has decided to make her adult home here and loves the family-oriented atmosphere this city provides. She participated as a nationally ranked equestrian throughout her high school and college career, a passion that she continues to peruse with her newest horse Felicity. As an athlete, she developed an understanding and respect for physical wellness, strength training, and the importance of good body awareness; of which she still uses in her daily Pilates practice. During college, Katy turned to Pilates to help refine her equestrian sport and fell in love with it. Katy was certified in Pilates through Balanced Body/Team Pilates and has been a member of the Studio P3 since the start of her career. She is also the friendly and experienced voice you will hear over the phone for all matters of patient care.
