Suzannah Y. Crump, DPT, CLT, Cert.DN, Pilates Instructor, Founder/Co-Owner

Suzannah is originally from Eunice, LA however she spent nearly 8 years growing up in Shreveport as a young girl and returned to the area in early 2006.  She graduated from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she obtained her Bachelors of Science and also a Pilates certification through the Physical Mind Institute.  She attended Physical Therapy school in Shreveport at the LSU-Health Sciences Center, there she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  She stayed on at LSUHSC to undergo a 13 month post-doctoral residency in Wound Management, through this residency she was certified in both Wound Care and Lymphedema Management.  

 

Suzannah started her professional career at LSU-Medical Center, while on staff she started a Lymphedema and Breast Cancer Treatment Program and also served as adjunct faculty to the LSUHSC Physical Therapy Program.  She was certified in Dry Needling through the Spinal Manipulation Institute in 2013 and continues to further her education in upcoming and innovative physical therapy treatments and rehab based Pilates.  During her free time she enjoys cooking, gardening, being a wife and mother to her three daughters. 

Elizabeth H. Wagner, DPT, FMT, Pilates Instructor
Co-Owner

 

Liz is originally from Dallas, TX and moved to Shreveport in 2012.  Prior to becoming a Louisiana resident. Liz attended Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in Motor Behavior. Liz then attended graduate school at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas Texas where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After graduation, Liz has continued to advance her knowledge and treatment skills through continuing education focusing on the newest, most effective interventions for orthopedic injuries. Liz has her certification in Fascial Movement Taping, trained in Active Release Technique (ART), Certified Graston provider, SFMA, and has been trained in dry needling technique through the Spinal Manipulation Institute and Kinetacore.

 

As a former avid volleyball player, Liz has a passion for fitness, wellness, and health promotion. She enjoys running, spinning, swimming, cross-training, weight lifting, and Pilates. She has her Crossfit Level 1 Certification and has completed a Pilates Certification with Team Pilates through Balanced Body. Liz truly enjoys helping her clients live a balanced, healthy, and full life through many different types of fitness activities.

Brittney B. Wheeler, DPT, MLD, Pelvic Floor Specialty, Pilates Instructor

 

Brittney is originally from Winnfield, La. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and participated on the co-ed cheerleading squad for 3 years. It was her background in sports and cheerleading and her interest in health and wellness that led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Brittney obtained a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport in 2014.

 

She has spent her career working in outpatient physical therapy, and continued to further her knowledge and skills through continuing education by Shirley Sahrmann-movement impairment syndromes of the body and a Pilates certification through Balanced Body. She has also completed training by the APTA to treat pelvic health conditions including pre/post-partum, pelvic weakness, pelvic pain and bowel/bladder dysfunction. Brittney is dedicated to seeing her patients meet their goals and return to a lifestyle without limitations.

Alison Moore, Front Desk Staff, Patient Coordinator

 

Alison is a Shreveport native and graduate from Northwestern State University. There she obtained her Bachelor of Computer Science degree along with her Veterinary Technology degree. When she’s not at Studio P3 she is running a Dog Training business, spending time with her husband, Cody, and daughter, Rachel, or playing in her garden.  She has been with the Studio since August 2021 and is also the friendly and experienced voice you will hear over the phone for all matters of patient care.

Kasi P. Horton, PTA, Pilates Instructor

 

Kasi, a Benton, Louisiana native, has always had a passion for movement and physical activity. Growing up in a household of multi-sport athletes, she found her own love for human movement through softball and basketball. That passion came full circle in 2020 when she became a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body. After moving back to Shreveport in 2021, she joined Studio P3 as a Pilates instructor, where her interest in physical therapy grew into a calling. Inspired by her work and conversations with Suzannah, she enrolled in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Bossier Parish Community College, graduating at the top of her class with awards for academic excellence and consistency in clinical performance.

Since graduation, Kasi has expanded her clinical expertise through advanced training in manual lymphatic drainage (PESI), Muscle Energy Techniques (Niel Asher), myofascial release, and has pursued extensive continuing education in complex patient populations. Her coursework includes programs on dysautonomia, stroke rehabilitation, and the Ehlers-Danlos Society’s ECHO Allied Health Professionals program, where she now serves as an affiliated practitioner.

Kasi’s clinical approach blends her Pilates background with evidence-based rehabilitation. She emphasizes neuromuscular principles, functional mobility, and balance training, tailoring every session with practical adaptations that mirror daily life. Her goal is to empower patients and clients to move with confidence and safety, helping them not only recover but thrive in the bodies they live in.

Gwen Cardone, Pilates Instructor

 

Gwendoline Cardone, originally from Georgia,  moved to Louisiana in 2004 to attend NSU pursuing a degree in psychology and dance. In 2005 she started her fitness career with Christus Schumpert teaching an array of group fitness classes for all fitness levels.

 In 2020 Gwendoline obtained her to certification in Pilates training and muscle imbalances through Balanced Body. She holds over a dozen certificates in fitness and movement and also still practices and teaches dance. Her true passion is helping others feel better through all types of functional movement and helping her clients reach their own fitness and wellness goals to increase their quality of life.

Anna Clair Clark, Pilates Instructor

 

Anna Clair, a proud Shreveport native, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University.  Her lifelong passion for fitness led her to discover Pilates right here at Studio P3, where she quickly fell in love with the practice.  Inspired by the transformative power of mindful movement, Anna Clair pursued a career in teaching Pilates to help others feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in their daily lives.

Her teaching style emphasizes alignment, core strength, and functional movement as essential foundations for overall well-being.  What brings her the greatest joy is witnessing clients grow in confidence, improve their mobility, and experience the lasting benefits of consistent practice-ultimately helping them feel their very best.
