Our Zoom Online work out classes are a Body Weight Pilates Fusion class that may require hand weights (optional) and a mat.
The class length is 45 min and class times are sent out via email at the beginning of the each week. You can sign up for one class at a time or for a group of 4 (see Zoom Package).
