Our Zoom Online work out classes are a Body Weight Pilates Fusionclass that may require hand weights (optional) and a mat.
The class length is 45 min and class times are sent out via email at the beginning of the each week. You can sign up for one class at a time (see Zoom workout) or for a group of 4. This listing for four Zoom classes to be used within the same week; there is no carry over week to week with this package pricing.
